Alex is the type of personal trainer and coach that goes above and beyond to get the best out of his athletes and clients.  While training with Alex for a powerlifting competition he pushed me to lift harder and push more than I thought I was capable.  This led to a successful competition and overall enhanced my ability to lift effectively.  As a trainer he not only helps you achieve the goal that you are looking for but also adds in other beneficial exercises, mobility and thoughts that allow you to want to continue working on your goal.  Overall I couldn't recommend a more thorough and effective personal trainer and coach.

Training with Alex was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
